-Frangipani Absolute Oil-

Frangipani Absolute Oil is one of the most rare and precious oils in the world due to the methods required to produce it.

It is native to many areas around the world and has a rich history. The Frangipani tree is also known as the “Tree of Life”, "Temple tree", in Hawaii, the name is "pua melia", In India, the name is "champa", in Thai known as "Leelawadee" and as "Camboja" in Indonesia.

In India, shrines and temples are surrounded by these trees. The flowers were revered by the Maya and other ancient peoples of Mesoamerica as evidenced by the many carvings of blossoms in the remains of buildings in that region.

The flowers release most of their fragrance at night; in parts of Asia, ghosts are believed to live in its branches; and, some Buddhists and Hindus also believe it symbolizes immortality. This tree has the unique ability to grow new trees from severed branches.

Aromatic Notes: a top note. an ethereal, rich, heady, sweet aroma with blooming floral notes.

The grapefruit is speculated to have originated in Barbados as a hybridization between the Jamaican sweet orange and Indonesian pomelo, which were introduced from Asia in the 17th century.

Grapefruit has a long history of use in folk medicines around the world and has been traditionally used as an antibacterial, anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, astringent, and preservative.

Aromatic Notes: a middle note with medium aroma, it has a fresh, sweet, citrus scent that is characteristic of the fruit.

Jade represented the Roman goddess of fertility. Using this stone in prayer to this goddess would bring children and good fortune.

In China, Jade is a noble stone that was said to have the power to cure all diseases. The Chinese goddess of compassion valued Jade and people used it to honor her and protect their children. Jade has been mined and worked in China since the Stone Age. In prehistoric sites, Jade artifacts include simple ornaments, tools and weapons. Eventually it was used for carvings, decorations, ceremonies, furnishings, and jewelry for the Imperial families. By 3,000 BC, jade became known as “yu” or the “royal gem”. The most desirable Jade sells for similar price per carat as diamonds in China. A Chinese proverb says "Gold has its price; Jade is priceless."

The Mayans and Aztecs would offer Jade to water spirits to provide them with healthy crops each season. They also believed that it would help cure aches and pains.
